Colfe's Leisure Centre

The Management has asked if we could remind all parents and swimmers of the following:

  • The Sports Hall and Fitness Studios are open to the members/others from 8.00 am on a Saturday morning. Please could GBM swimmers and parents be aware that other people may be trying to get through the pool area to access the fitness studios/changing rooms and that all bags/bicycles/paraphernalia should be kept out of the way to ensure a clear passageway.
  • In order to comply with the Centre’s Heath & Safety Regulations, children should not sit/stand on the pool wall.
  • The entry point to the swimming pool for swimmers is by the changing rooms – please do not use the green doors by the deep end.

The Club would be grateful if all our swimmers and parents could comply with this request as this may affect our continued use of the pool.

Many thanks

Eric Liddell Centre

The Management at Eric Liddell has asked us to advise all swimmers and parents that NO food and drink is to be consumed on poolside or in the spectator seating area with the exception of the swimmers’ drinks for training.

Also, the Management would like to remind all swimmers and parents that outdoor shoes MUST BE REMOVED before entering the pool area. Only footwear that has been brought along specifically for indoor use and changed into may be used on poolside (as is the case with their own staff).

The Club asks all its swimmers and parents to comply with this request as this may affect our continued use of the pool.
